Normally clients will sign a reservation agreement and pay reservation fee in order to have an offical reservation. All paper work for rentals before delivery day is done throug docusign.
Delivery Process - TK Watersprots has always taken extra time at delivery to make sure we go over all the paper work and equipment thoroughly. This process sometimes could take up to 2 hours at times.
- Paper work done prior to rental by docusign very little to do at pick up time.
- TK Watersports Delivery Videos- Clients are required to watch delivey Videos and sign off on viewing them. Questions then can be addressed prior to the rentals
- Quick transfer of equipment from delivery person.
- All Security Deposits and Pre-authorzations are done before transport.
We have found that when we try to share all that information at time of pick up it's was much harder to remember or retain the information. With rental documentation being done through docusign and reviewing all delivery video's clients have been able to have smoother rentals.
